6. Artificial intelligence and text and data mining
Reservation of rights. Pursuant to Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Article L. 122-5-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, the publisher expressly reserves its rights in all content on this site against any text and data mining carried out for purposes other than scientific research.
This reservation covers in particular the training, fine-tuning and evaluation of artificial intelligence systems, and the compilation of datasets for those purposes. It applies notably to the voice recordings hosted on this site.
Synthetic voice. Using the voice of Jean-François Raynaud to create, train or feed a synthetic voice, a voice clone or any generative model is prohibited without express, specific written agreement. Agreement to a recording engagement does not under any circumstances constitute agreement to such use.
Transparency. The voice recordings published on this site are human performances, recorded by Jean-François Raynaud. No synthetic voice content is published here. Should any content generated or altered by an artificial intelligence system be published on this site, it would be identified as such, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence.
